Philippe Fuchs

Philippe Fuchs (born 1981) studied law at the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG in Law), specialising in business law. After completing his Master's degree, he was admitted to the Bar of the Canton of Zurich in 2011. In 2014, he also obtained an LL.M. in Innovation Law from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.

Philippe Fuchs joined PETERER Rechtsanwälte Notare AG as a partner in September 2023. Prior to that, he worked for several years in law firms in Zurich specialising in commercial law, as well as in-house counsel for companies in the life science and healthcare industry, including in the role of General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. Due to his many years of experience in the life science and healthcare industry, he has first-hand knowledge of its requirements and specifics and advises companies and entrepreneurs on all related legal aspects. His interests lie in particular in life sciences, contract, corporate, intellectual property and data protection law and he represents the interests of his clients both in an advisory capacity and before state and arbitration courts. In addition, Philippe Fuchs regularly publishes and lectures on the topics of life sciences and data protection law and he also regularly advised start-up .

Philippe Fuchs is registered in the Bar Register of the Canton of St.Gallen and is a member of the St.Gallen and Swiss Bar Associations.
