Disputes cannot always be settled amicably. In such cases, we support our clients in enforcing their rights before the authorities as well as state courts and arbitration tribunals. We represent clients before all Swiss courts and authorities, in particular in connection with disputes in our core practice areas.

Our activities include in particular the following areas:

• Representation before state and arbitration courts, in particular in connection with commercial disputes.
• Representation before cantonal and federal authorities, such as the Swiss Agency for Therapeutic Products swissmedic, the cantonal health authorities, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or the Institute of Intellectual Property.
