Philipp Aerni

M.A. HSG in Law and Economics, Attorney-at-law and public notary / Associate

Philipp Aerni (born 1991) studied law and economics at the University of St.Gallen (Bachelor of Arts HSG in Law & Economics) after successfully completing his high school diploma with specializing in economics. During his master’s degree he was studying abroad one semester at the University of Copenhagen (UCPH) in Denmark. After completing his legal internship at PETERER Rechtsanwalt Notar AG and an internship at the Public Prosecutor’s Office, Untersuchungsamt St.Gallen, he was admitted to the bar and public notary in 2020. After that, he worked for the Construction and Environment Department of the Canton of St. Gallen.

Philipp Aerni has practical experience in the fields of commercial and corporate law, criminal law, planning, construction and environmental law as well as general administrative law. He is particularly interested in commercial, corporate and contract law, legal advice in matters of construction law (support and assessment of construction projects) as well as representation and enforcement of party claims in proceedings (Einsprache-, Rekurs- und Beschwerdeverfahren).

Philipp Aerni is entered in the Lawyers’ and Notaries’ Registry of the Canton of St.Gallen and is member of both the St.Gallen and the Swiss Lawyers’ Associations. He is moreover a member of the Swiss Notaries’ Association.
