M.A. HSG in Law and Economics, Attorney-at-law and public notary / Associate
David Wohlgemuth (born in 1991) studied law and economics at the Unversity of St.Gallen (B.A. HSG and M.A. HSG in Law & Economics) after successfully completing his high school diploma specializing in economics. During his master studies, David did an exchange semester at INSPER in São Paulo, Brazil. Thereafter, he completed internships at a major law firm in Zurich and at PETERER Rechtsanwalt Notar AG. In 2020, he was admitted to the bar and public notary in St. Gallen.
David has practice experience in commercial and corporate law, arbitration and litigation before national courts. His interests lie particularly in commercial, corporate and contract law, as well as in representing parties before national courts and arbitral tribunals. Prior to joining PETERER Rechtsanwalt Notar AG he worked for a major Zurich law firm in the areas of arbitration and litigation.
David is registered as a lawyer and notary in the Canton of St. Gallen and is a member of the St. Gallen and Swiss Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Swiss Association of Notaries.
