Spatial planning law
Spatial planning law regulates the spatial development, planning design of areas (e.g. neighbourhoods, cities, regions). This spatial development is generally based on structure plans or land use plans. Individuals, companies and government authorities are repeatedly confronted with legal issues in the case of both structure planning and land use planning.
In particular, we support you in the following fields:
- General land use planning
- Legal clarification of issues related to structure plans, land use and design plans as well as special land use regulations
- Advice in the process of when a parcel of land is regarded as ready for development as well as questions of infrastructure financing
- Legal representation in planning approval procedures
